At Bespokeaoart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of organic and non-toxic fabrics for curtains and blinds. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been cut, altered, or modified
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the 30-day return period

Ship your return to the address provided in your return authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges
